I'm in WA and enjoy playing Triple Fortune Dragon. As well as Unleashed, Rising, Spitfire and Gold. I've had a few questions nagging in the back of my mind I'm hoping others may know the answers to:

How is the stack of tickets assigned? Will they assign a stack to one machine? Or a group of machines? Or is the stack shared with other casinos?
If the stack is shared is it with the machines next to it? or will it be in a group scattered all over the casino?
If stack is shared are the machines its shared with all the same or possibly different? IE Unleashed will only be grouped with Unleashed. Or could Unleashed be grouped with Spitfire and Rising
Does changing the bet change the stack of tickets you are playing? That is if I'm on 1 cent denom and betting $1 is it still the same stack if I bet $5? What about if I switch to 25 cent demon?
