So I drove about an hour and a half last weekend to check out the temporary casino the built. It's been open since May 15th. The following link has some videos.

It's pretty much all high-volatility stuff and newer games. Absolutely no single line slots at all. I settled in on a 9-line Pinball and Top Dollar to start. Those were 25 cents/50 cents and $1. I was playing on $1 denom at $10 a spin and got a Pinball on my 2nd or 3rd spin. The bonus was great and I kept getting +1 bonuses and ran the payout up to 650 credits! When the machine counted it out, I noticed that the amount was low and then saw that I had somehow double-pumped the denom and was only playing for 25 cents. ARRRGGGHHH! Still a decent hit.

I had luck on a few other games as well and found a Buffalo Ascension that someone had left in an advantage state. I hit $350 on a one dollar bet (penny machine) only after my 4th or 5th spin.

The casino is very small, of course and I hope that when the new one is finished, that they will have a better selection of older style machines. No high limit machines and I did notice most machines were down to a quarter, nickel and penny denoms. Something that Vegas doesn't seem to have many of anymore.

A lot of staff running around but drink service was terrible. I also noticed behavior by some of the staff that I know would be frowned upon by what we would call a regular Vegas casino.

All-in-all it was OK for a quick day trip but I doubt I will go back until the permanent property is up and running.
